How's development going?
In 2004 the first teletubbies place of fun location was opened to the public. A guy called William Andrewss was reported to hide five childrens body's in the one only animatronic they had, NooNoo, as well as killing the actors of Tinky, Dipsy and LaaLaa. When the owner found out about this, he added springlocks inside the Po suit, so if he's doing something brutal again, he will fell the pain he was giving to his victums. After that, the place was closed in 2006 due to Tuber's Workshop being too broke to keep the place running. And so William's corpse was left to rod in the backstage.
