I finished 10+ games with this difficulty. But without killing granny and dying.

However I thought that this was supposed to have immortal granny cuz it'll make the challenge harder. And (maybe) add a creak near starting bed so as you wake up you creak like in Boris lub's Prime mode

V1.2.2 Update:

1. Added some details.

2. You cannot hide under the weapon box.

3. Added a creaking floor and fixed the locations of a creaking floor.

4. Added a "magical" prompt text that appears when you pick up bird food.

So far, I haven't seen anyone complete Desperate Death Mode with the Grandpa option enable. I hope to see it before the 1.2.2 update. And I hope everyone won't think it's easy just because they use the seed system or glitched.
