fantastic + also reminded me of the killswitch fake game that was made when the rumours about it were high lol but either way swag demo B)

just played through the demo and man, is it good! the game has a great aesthetic, you can feel the dead world around you in the grey and black tones, the controls are responsive, the platforming is tricky but very fun and the Great Journyer is good company, the guy kinda reminds me of Leeroy Jenkins, lolllll)))) my favorite moment definitely has to be the lava jump where you have to make a leap of faith, betting your progress on whether or not that part of the map is actually safe or if the dev just forgot to add the upper parts of the lava tiles to it, HAHAAHA))))

my only two qualms about the demo is that, firstly, the chests look way too bright and stand out, not in a good way - i feel like making their outlines grey/iron instead of the current gold/yellow will make them look better, and, secondly, the monk's spear attack's hitbox is way bigger than his animation would make you think - i suggest adding some white movement lines to the spear during the attack animation so that the spear's area of damage is more clear and you don't need to paranoidally poke and run from the flying brazier guys each time, hahaha))))) other than that, the demo's great and bug-free! i got all 35 coins (if there's more of them please do tell) and i'm looking forward to its full version!) huzzah!

The demo is finally ready! I am uploading the build in a few minutes.

The crater is done! lots of gameplay is already complete. I am fleshing out the first part of the jungle and demo will be out within the month!

World building is underway. Bug fixes abound. I spent this time fixing the enemies and building a playable game. Right now I have the crater finished and will be coming out as a demo soon!

I had an Unity scare this week where I moved the folder and it would not open. Past that in good news the enemys are coded, world building has been begun and storyboard has been finished.

Status report - All player animations are set up along with 90% of the world framework. Working out some bugs in respawning and am currently coding monsters!
