Toriel resides in the large castle, specifically at the top of the spire

Papyrus fight/judgement would happen right before you ascend the tower in a cathedral style room

Programmer got hacked and i have no other way to contact them so this may be canned unless/until i find another programmer

So papyrus doesn't have KARMA but he can inflict poison with certain types of attacks (Smoke)

Feature is inspired by an old cancelled swapfell fight that i really liked
