Hyper Robo Arena is a 2D Arena/Brawler platformer local multiplayer game for 2 to 4 players.
It takes place in a distant future where humans have discovered the theoretical and practical application and usage of Wormholes. Humans being humans, instead of using such technology for good, they developed arenas in which war-games are played, using robotic entities, controlled by humans, with the ability to use the wormhole technology to travel these arenas destroying the other entities.
These War-games are viewed around the globe and transmitted as leisure for the viewing pleasure of thousands of spectators. The arenas are constructed with deadly traps and designed to bring as much show as possible.
CONTROLLER ONLY
Basically, you go around jumping and avoiding the other players and try to kill them using the weapons that you find in the map. There are 5 different weapons which are very different from each other, with different damages and shooting methods. You can also travel back in time to where you were a few seconds before and recover HP, Ammo and re position yourself to avoid death. Beware with the deadly traps!
