Neat idea here! I like how it's almost like a sport where you need to get the balls into the goals at the edge of the screen. The asymmetric multiplayer where one person is on the turrets is a cool idea, too!

If you add more to this game in the future, I think it'd be fun to see a low-gravity mode where you could keep the balls airborne longer so you can kind of juggle a few at a time. Good job finishing your jam game!

The aim of the game for the UFO is to score the most amount of points possible by picking up the blocks with the beam and then dropping them on the right or left side of the screen, without the Wi-Fi signal strength becoming too strong. If the blocks touch the walls that separate the 3 zones then they will respawn in the center zone.

When you are shot by a bullet it will increase the amount of signal a single block will add to the Wi-Fi signal.

For control of the UFO use "A" and "D". To use the beam hold SPACE.

In multiplayer mode, move the mouse around to aim the guns. Then left click to fire. The cooldown timer for the gun is at the top of the screen.

When there are no blocks you will get a nice chunk of bonus points!

This is my first proper game on game maker studio 2, and I will be entering it in the game jam. #arcade #strategy #retro

Oh my goodness! That Game Jam!

Adding that last minute update almost ended me. I added the how to page but it's button placement meant that it would bug the menu screen... I managed to quickly move it left and package it and uploaded it Just in time...

If anyone has any update ideas... I'm all ears 😉

Make sure the WiFi signal does not get too high.

The signal gets better when there are more blocks in the world. To get rid of them, abduct them and throw them in the sides.
