The Story Is Fully Explained In The Discord Server Since Messages Can't Be Too Long, But To Summarize It:
The Island Contains The Master Time Stone Used To Be Guarded By The Seperatist Echidnas. They Split The Stone And Placed The Parts On Little Planet.
