Why does the owner need fake pokemon animatronics for his ice cream parlor? He couldve gone out and caught his own Lucario, Meowscarde, Cinderace, and Samurott? Heck, he could've just used his Abra as the mascot instead and evolve it a bit (if it wanted to of course) so it could be a large and more interable mascot, like performing shows for customers and server them their ice cream.

It's 2025. Glenda Smith sips her morning coffee, idly flipping through the newspaper when a help-wanted ad for Lucario's Ice Cream Diner grabs her attention. They're hiring a night guard, specifically to oversee their "Poke-tronics." The pay is decent, and the hours fit her schedule. With her Eevee nestled in her Pokeball, Glenda makes her way to the diner, a sense of unease starting to prickle at the back of her mind. What dangers could possibly lurk after dark in an ice cream parlor filled with animatronics?
