*(You find what appears to be a decent game. However, upon further inspection, you realize it's just a devlog by a 13 year old. This is disappointing, to say the least.)
Hey, guys. Before you ask, no, this is not that prequel AU involving the human-monster war. This is a self-insert AU using me and my friends, with humans being the race banished from the surface. Lets go into the characters first, shall we?
As Toriel, we have Adriana, the motherly (and by that extent, stubborn) keeper of the Ruins, who is willing to do anything to keep you from leaving, even if that means you getting hurt. She is the former queen of the Underground, after non-hesitantly leaving Timothy because of his atrocious actions.
As Napstablook, we have Nick, the shy ghost who has a heightened sense (not as a power or anything, just part of his personality) of creativity. He is (unbeknownst to Frisk) the brother of Kenia.
As Sans we have Keoni, the dude who seems lazy if left alone, but when the fate of the world calls upon him, will see to it that your experience is unpleasant, to sugarcoat it.
As Papyrus, we have Gio (who happens to be me), although he prefers the self-chosen nickname 'Mopish' (just as quick tip it's pronounced mope-ish). He is friendly to anyone he meets, although that makes him vulnerable in certain situations, but, like Keoni (oh yeah did I mention they were close friends/roommates?), if someone messes with his friends, they might have an encounter with the wrong end of his sword.
In the role of Monster Kid, you'll find Eliza, an energetic kid who loves to draw, and even harnesses her magic to bring her creations to life. She idolizes Robert and hopes to someday be a part of the Royal Guard. (And just as an honorable mention, she once attempted sewing her own sweater, but was so eager to finish it that she forgot the sleeves.)
For Undyne, we have no other than Robert, the easily aggravated leader of the Royal Guard and mentor of Mopish. He enjoys burning dow- I mean cooking and spending time with his brother Angel.
Alphys' role is filled by Angel, the shy Royal Scientist who enjoys anime and manga. He is the creator of Kenia and brother of Robert.
As the glamorous Mettaton, look no further than Kenia, the (only) TV star that everyone idolizes (except maybe Robert and Eliza [and sort of Adriana but she doesn't know Kenia exists.]) Kenia is the sister of Nick and close friend of Mopish.
As ASGORE, we have the mighty Timothy, wielding a magical scythe and being king of all humans. He is the long-since ex of Adriana.
As Asriel, Anthony takes hold of that role. He is highly powerful, and the (self-proclaimed, I might add) God of Magic. He is the (technically) deceased son of Adriana and Timothy, and adoptive brother of Chara.
Chara and Frisk are simply generic Boss Monsters hailing their personalities from the original Undertale. (Side note: Chara is NOT evil. His story will be explained in the non-Undertale-canon sequel to this game.)
Finally, as the famed W.D. Gaster, we have Allie, former Royal Scientist now corrupted in the void. He is the father figure of Gio and Keoni. He has practically no role (keyword practically) in this game, but will be the centerpoint of the sequel.
Now, let's talk areas.... Actually there's not much to talk about, as the areas are the same as the original Undertale. However, I will talk about some things that I'm sure will be asked.
Q: Is this official? Are you Toby Fox? A: No. I am not Toby Fox, and this is not endorsed in any way by the Undertale team.
Q: What do I owe you? A: Nothing, it's for free! [insert USSR anthem]
Q: Will this have controller support? A: I'll try my best, but that might have to be in a future update.
Q: Will this be available for Mac users? A: Well, I'm making this on a Mac so let's think... Duh-ings, person. Duh-ings.
Q: What are you using to make this? A: GameMaker Studio 2.
Q: Are you a communist? A: whispers Shut up, you're gonna blow my cover.
Welp, guess that's all for now. Check back every so often for updates.
