Drag mouse to where you want it to move. Or if your mobile then drag to move your base. Click to shoot lightning. Also you can change the speed at the top left corner. Note: For mobile it's a little easier because when you tap it drags the base and the lightning bolt cause it sets of both of those! Have Fun :D
