One Night in a Regular Warehouse
The full and small game!
One Night in a Regular Warehouse (Jedna noc w normalnym magazynie) was a FNaF fangame developed as part of the FNaF Swap 7 challenge event. The name being in Polish was done as a joke to confuse the other people who were receiving the game to further develop it.
How does FNaF Swap work? Well, each participant begins by designing a menu and characters for a new game. Then, each round, everybody passes their game onto the next participant who must design another part of the game. The categories for each round are:
-Menu & Models
-Office/Setting
-Cameras/Other Mechanics
-Mechanics and AI for characters
-Polishing things up
This event was some of the MOST FUN I've EVER had while making games. I believe I excelled at the design-focused parts of the challenge but kinda sucked at the character coding parts because I was trying too hard to make the code more complex when the challenge only provides enough time to make a simple and barebones game.
For this game, One Night in a Regular Warehouse, I designed the characters, name and menu. The others helped to make this game awesome. Those others, by the way, are:
Menu & Original Conception - @SamSuperhero ![]()
Office - Ratman [idk his gamejolt]
Cameras - @Aaronmaster125 ![]()
AI - @Gamemaster_64 ![]()
Finishing Touches - @Nedum ![]()
How to play:
Your goal is to survive for 200 seconds against Finger, Jim, Cheez and Magswell.
Finger - Appears outside your office, hold the door shut to repel him.
Jim - Jim will appear and ask for a colour. Press the button corresponding to his request.
Cheez - Cheez will say "Cheez Alert!". You must find it on the cameras.
Magswell - Magswell will appear rotating in your office. Click on him to throw him away.
Enjoy! Obviously the game is pretty small, since it was made in a few hours total by several devs who did not work on the game together, but separately. Regardless, I find this game charming, and the artstyle was stuck to well by the other group members which I appreciate them for doing so well.
