Doise Drainpipe is gonna be made in cyop (as a concept) and then ported to the mod

Here’s all the boss replacements

Noise Gutter as the Noise is now Doise Drainpipe (you can switch to having noise gutter as the noise in the modifier “Noisey Doise”, which also allows any character to access it by taunting 3 times to change the gate)

I THINK THE NOISE’S BASE MOVESET WORKS

I might make April playable, but it’s either a dev character, something secret, or something in the future, might even give April her own moveset
