Nice little spiritual successor you have here. If this Keen Engine can be worked on by modders, it would make great potential for other Keen mods, without the risk of game breaking bugs when getting ambishous. My only critique so far is that it would've been nice to map the pause menu to the start button if using a controller, so I won't have to use an app like Controller Companion when launching just for that benefit.
It's one hell of a worthy successor of Commander Keen, completed with all kinds of winks and quirks to other Apogee, idsoftware and Epic Megagames classics! Yesterday I started playing this game for the first time on a livestream. It instantly hit me that the levels are greatly designed, are longer that you're used to to get through and contain some nice puzzling every now and then. It's a game you don't finish in one night! And the best paradox thing about it is that I found myself sitting at my computer in this game, streaming it! It really blew my mind! I'll be playing the rest of this game real soon, 'cause I need to know this one inside out!
I was about to ask why it looks similar to Commander Keen series then I saw Keen Engine name when starting the game. That explains it :)
Anyways, looks good so far. Only cleared bridge area currently

V 1.0.8 is out! What's new since 1.0.3: various tile fixes; lowered the volume of the entering level and shoot sounds; added additional unlock-able content in the "concept art" section; added a new joke in the mushroom lvl; several levels optimizations.
