Pokemon Yellow PC PORT's Origin Story:

The story begins with Yellow and his rival Blue. Yellow had Pikachu as his first Pokémon, which Professor Oak gave him, while Blue had Eevee. When Yellow went to battle his rival, he lost and was a bit upset about the defeat. To make matters worse, Blue laughed and made fun (heavily) of him, saying that he was weak, very stupid, etc., and that he could lose FOREVER (and there were things that he exaggerated a lot that Blue didn't want to talk about, as if he was being manipulated). Yellow was even more upset and very traumatized, especially with what Blue said to him, so he got angry and left. Blue wanted to apologize a little for what he did, but it didn't work. Then Yellow changed his form, he was as happy and affectionate as before and just wanted to force his Pokémon to train to become stronger, especially his Pikachu, he didn't give as much affection and love to his Pokémon, only a little (once in a while)

and Pikachu (most of the time) couldn't handle the training anymore.

One day, in Lavender Town, Pikachu met his greatest fear, a Gengar (lv 65) who kept bullying poor Pikachu, but Gengar had a kind side and wanted to be Pikachu's friend and play with him, but Pikachu was afraid of him and thought he wanted to hurt him too because Gengar didn't socialize often.

So Pikachu hid in a place right next to the PokéMart, and that way Pikachu got some peace until a shadow appeared.

Pikachu was scared because he thought it might be Gengar but it wasn't, so the shadow said:

-Oh don't be afraid of me, I won't hurt you... I just came to help you.

Then Pikachu was a little confused by what the shadow said to him, the shadow showed Pikachu an evolutionary stone but it wasn't a common evolutionary stone, it was black with a red lightning symbol (called Vod Stone).

-If you touch this stone and evolve, little Pikachu, your trainer will be proud of you, will give you lots of affection and love and respect you.

When Pikachu heard this he smiled a little.

-By the way, if you evolve you will also have me as your friend and I will protect you.

Then Pikachu touched the stone and (transformation) he began to get paler, black eyes with Red Pupils, sharp yellow teeth, a lightning symbol on his belly and he became more frightening.

Meanwhile, the trainer received a message from his Pokédex saying

-PIKACHU has evolved into UHCAKIP X!

Yellow was surprised, but he didn't care much, so Uhcakip X went to meet Gengar to "settle the score", Gengar when he wanted to make friends with Pikachu once and for all, he was horrified when he saw Uhcakip X, but Gengar didn't care much. So Uhcakip X wanted to fight, but Gengar didn't want to fight him but he was forced to fight, Gengar using Lick (-20 Hp), because he still feels sorry for Pikachu and thinks he will return to normal, (but we already know that this will not work) so it's Uhcakip X's turn and he uses SuperGlitch which makes Uhcakip X rip off Gengar's arm, face and corrupts him mainly causing Gengar to have a "new face" becoming a puppet of Uhcakip X (Soul Gengar Aka Chaos Atfer Gengar). And that's how everything became chaos.
