This "game" (inspired by Smile.exe) is kind of like the scary maze game mixed with fr33xp.xen PvZ. This game is pretty short, and after pressing one of the boxes on the intro screen, press again to get to the next screen. On the next screen, you will be jumpscared by the jumpscare from Smile.exe, but if you press P, a menu pops up, and at the bottom right of the screen, there is a toggle to change the jumpscare to a meme.
