Vs Sonic.EXE: Renovation

The pre-release of Vs Sonic.EXE: Renovation, using psych engine 1.0.4. If it lags too bad, try going into windowed mode and make the window smaller or disable the reshade shaders. When the shaders load or levels with many assets, it might crash for some time.

The note is not done. The music is not this point. I am hunting to make notes.
