Thirty years after the King Papyrus neutral ending of UNDERTALE, a new human falls down. This human embarks on an epic quest to save the Underground, goimg from the Ruins, to Snowdin, all the way to King Papyrus' castle, with the option of fighting or sparing for different outcomes, right?
...Wrong.
A plague like no other in Human, or Monster, history has invaded the Underground. This disease turns normal monsters into a state known as "glitched". Glitched monsters are more aggresive than nornal ones, and their appearances are something out of a nightmare. There is seemingly no way to reverse this state.
When the human falls, and meets a strange talking flower, the plague, the CORRUPTION, takes the last safe spot of the Underground, the Ruins. Now, the human and the flower must travel together, on a task to rid the Underground of the Corruption, meeting characters that you have known well simce 2015, and ones brand new. Find out what happens when ROYAL BONES: FADED FAILURE releases.
