Honestly for a project, there are upsides and downsides.
One of them requires a entire rework of game, or simplely fixing bugs in game.
First up, Sonic.EXE "Overdrive" gives goosebumps from YuGioh 5D - Opening, which is exactly intruguing for me and my experience. But I take that this is inspired from One Last Round, in comparision One More Time. That was a upside, but down to the downsides...
The Downside of the game is bugs - bugs in game, of course.
And that is, to be exact honest, BUG with a Flying Sound during cutscene, try fixing it by disabling the sound to play.
Now to my rate, it is 4/10.

Hi, this is the page for Sonic.EXE Overdrive. This game is not being developed due to it being a dumpsterfire so the access to the game is all you have now check out Sonic Exe Overdrive First Bloodshed its way better than that cancerous thing. I am not developing this game by myself. I have @MatthewRoss_1bfa as partner to make some custom sprites for the game also. Still original sprites by SEGA and Sonic Team. Engines used below. This project is inspired by Sonic.EXE One More Time. If there is any problems, please tell me in the comments and I get them fixed. Please Enjoy.
