Unity games need all the files that are made with it. At the moment you only uploaded the .exe file, it needs the _data and .dll if one is there too. put them in a compressed folder and submit that. As it is nothing will work. Screenshots too if possible.

You are trying to build the biggest and tallest city possible...on a platform with nothing but the abyss under it. You can choose between 13 different kinds of buildings each with a different purpose to achieve this goal. But all the buildings have physics to them, eventually, there will be no room but to stack buildings on top of each other. Some buildings will fall off and be destroyed, be careful with your placements. The game ends when you run out of Energy, Water, Food, or have lost all your citizens.
