THIS IS NOT AN UNDERTALE FAN GAME!
I am making this game page to claim the name for myself. This is not being made yet, nor will it be made only by me for i am forming a small team of around 1 or 2 other people to help me make this dream game of mine. I made a good concept for a game and i want to use it. I cannot confirm when i want to start development nor what game engine i want to use to make the game with, but this will all be figured out one day in the future whether that future is near or far. So please give me all the time in the world to make this as, again, this is my dream game and wish to make it as fun, polished, story rich, and content filled as i possibly can. Also, nothing for the game except its backstory has been confirmed, and the team is not formed yet either. If anybody reading this happens to get asked to help if you want if i cant find people IRL to help me, please note that i have no plans to pay anybody as i have no money and stuff.
