William regrets what he unintentionally to Elisabeth. He still mourns Norman. He misses Clara. But most of all, he laments Michaels choice to burn down the pizzeria while he was still inside it. At the end of the day, William realizes, It all came back to him and Michal to blame. If only William had not tampered with the new circus baby animatronic, then maybe Elizabeth would still be alive. If Michael had not tormented Norman on his birthday, perhaps Norman, William, Clara, and Michael would still be alive. Wait, if William is not alive, how is he thinking right now? Where is he? It matters not now. He wishes he could take it all back. He opens his eyes. He is indeed still alive, but deep down he wishes he was not.
