The Return to Freddy's 4: Flashbacks is a cancelled remake of TRTF 4 by Zephrysc; it was an attempt to finish The Return to Freddy's 4 Remastered, a remake of TRTF 4 by MrRandomGuyzer (S.G.P. | Delta), which he was working on in early 2018, and models and the source code of which he released when he cancelled it.
