On April 1st 2017 the government of Los Angles decided that all pranks are banned from 2017 to 2031. But two kids did not listen and they pranked each other by pushing each others off the side of a cliff but they have barely visible ropes tied to them. Unfortunately the ropes snapped and they fell 3 thousand feet and fell to their death.
