PEACH 2008: Up for Round 2?

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The game's name will now be PEACH 2008, since Rosalina will be a playable character and her first appearance was in Super Mario Galaxy (2007), so it wouldn't make sense to call the game PEACH 2005. That's all.

I'm eager to get back to work on this game, but first, I need to finish the remaining parts and then get a development team...
