Man.Can I put this Arnold in my Mod?
I understand if you cannot, considering how long it's been, but is it possible to create a Non-RTP version of this? I don't have the RTP myself and I don't want to go through the process of grabbing the RTP.

An actual patch this time, Lanks' death quotes no longer repeat.
And I deleted previous builds since it was kinda cluttered.
Another tweak.
Makes Denier Fist's tired debuff no longer stack, can gear up to avoid being tired entirely. Arnold Defense nerfed slightly. Beltboy is even more resistant to stuns.
A rushed tweak before I go to school.
No more broken icons and Beltboy is less susceptible to stuns.
