What's Your Number?

In 1970, college-age men were being sent off to war without being able to say anything about it in federal elections. What's Your Number is a choose-your-own adventure game where the draft and a 20-sided die choose your adventures for you. The game presents different scenarios that take players' decision making away from them so they contemplate the importance of votint and what one can do when that power is taken away.

This game was made as part of Global Game Jam 2020 and in coordination with the Kent State May 4th Visitor's Center. They added the diversifier topic "The Power to Vote" to Kent State's GGJ site in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Kent State Shootings. #textadventure #history #May4
