Stranded in the middle of who-knows-where, you play as a Test Subject that has been accidentally woken up due to possible malfunctions and sheer luck. Except that this time, you are no longer in the Main Aperture Science Facility but actually far from it. You are stranded in Aperture's Secondary Division Facility that acts as the research center in human bionic upgrades using as its advantage the environment surrounding the facility. You will meet friends and foes, discover who you are really, and singlehandedly manage to put an end to this testing hell that hundreds if not thousands of souls have been lost due to Aperture's hands. Abyssal Tidedown is the second life of an old mod that was previously in development called "Project: ASHTI".
