6 months after Ayden the Hedgefox 2- Triple Threat, the main heroes Ayden, Seppi, Amaya, and Alure team up with the new Princess Audrey in hopes of forming a new team to stand alongside the Guardians in protecting the planet, dubbing themselves the Neo Guardian Unit, and recruiting tons of similar children with powers like themselves.

One day, strange gem-like energy signatures are spotted on a strange, uninhabited island, and the Neo Guardian Unit sets out to investigate.
