After Splasticism, Splorb created 3 planets. These three planets are called "relbex." One of these planets has had a critical error in judgement. You are on another planet however, and here there is much more order. Baloons have invaded, a foul species. You must kill them, they don't belong. They will destroy our civilization. Of course they haven't done anything yet, but they must be stopped! Assigned by the government of Relbex, you use a device that fills the baloons with energy. The baloons, once full of stored energy, will explode.
This game is played with either the mouse or keyboard, but the mouse is a little easier to use. There are 5 levels in the game, but 2 of them are the most important.
There are various baloons, and here are their maximum capacities of energy:
blue baloon - 500 Joules
yellow baloon - 250 Joules
purple baloon - 650 Joules
green baloon - 650 Joules
red baloon - 1250 Joules
Of course you'll only have 10,000 J to use each level, so you must be careful. You can always retry a level, but at the end, the amount of energy you lose decides your fate.
