a lil update which fixes fps problem

fps cud be too high which makes game a bit ezier and overall looks ugly

now its limited so its looks the way intended

thx to @JonatanPL for helpin with testin (hes 2nd verified max mode victor btw)

ther was a problem with movin in office

with some screen resolutions u just wudn be able to open side panels but now the prob is solved

shout out to the @MacacoPlayz dude for reportin a problem and testin the fix build
