A visual novel fan game about deltarune, about what if Berdly had an adopted brother named Hanzo, and how the story gradually changes from the normal route to the Weird Route.
Both of them would be mentally broken in their own ways, but they would feel safer and more relaxed around each other. Berdly would still be arrogant, but he wouldn’t try to act arrogant toward Hanzo because he knows Hanzo already accepts him regardless of his mistakes. Hanzo and Berdly would joke around by insulting each other playfully, fully aware that it was just teasing. They would also unintentionally become more annoying to other people, usually by talking loudly or nonstop, while to them it would just feel like normal interaction.
However, the main focus of the story would not only be the charisma between the two, but also how they overcome their traumas and become better people. In the Weird Route, the opposite would happen. The story would also explore how Berdly’s loss affects Hanzo, with him staying by Berdly’s side in the hospital bed, and how each of them has their own thoughts and personal struggles. The visual novel would focus up to Chapter 5, though it could end up being inconsistent with whatever Toby Fox may release in the future, because the goal is not to be exactly the same, but to tell the story of these two brothers. #fangame #undertale #visualnovel #deltarune
