Dont try to get to big on your first one! I had the problem too...
I am working with Unity too and a made 2 games so far. They are pretty small, but they are at least somehow playable
Sorry, but I think you're in over your head. Making a single entire country is already really difficult but making multiple is somewhat impossible. Especially for indie games.

Looks good but add a skybox and a directional light to make an amazing sun effect
The game frame is too small i recommend you upload it again but with a height of 563 and a width of 1000 :) the game sounds amazing
It wil be a life simulator. features to be inclued traveling aboard to diffrent countrys and vehicles. i will keep you updated. GabRootSin (it is first person)
