First thing that i want to say before anything else is
This game was awesome- and I give it two spooky thumbs ups!
I decided on uploading a gameplay of me trying my best not to die and explain my impressions of it all at onc e- and if you're interested in watching it I'll have a link below for anyone curious enough to c lick on it!

This has a very fluid feel to it.
The movement and attack mechanics are really well done, and fun to use.
It's interesting to see a 3D render in four colors that doesn't use any dithering. I think that works really well with this games style though.
Also neat that the music comes in when you get into a fight. :)

Not quite GameBoy restrictions. There's more than 4 colours here. But a nicely done game.
