Blobarium Tic-Tac-Toe

The blobarium brothers have been busting into buildings around the world and bagging innocent bystanders. Those bagged are taken to Blobulon 1000000000 and forced to participate in the brutal act of blob battle. We have obtained a message from the blobarium brothers that states "BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB BLOB" which I believe loosely translates to "Beat us in blob battle or face the consequences."
