Holy cow this game is old
I played this a while back. It's quite addicting but not much.
Whether you have played "Block Dude" on the TI or a sequel on the pc, you know that the little guy is freakin' cool.
Dood isn't impressed by Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll. He carries blocks. That's cool.
It has been said that Dood once moved around the world with two blocks on his shoulder. As tough as Chuck Norris!
After his summer break, Dood decided to move back into PCs to do his business.
Originally, "Block Dude" is a game made by Detached Solutions for the TI-calculator. The game is simple: just reach the door in every level. However, it is not as simple. You can't straightly move to it. You need to climb up blocks, pick them up and put them somewhere else, destroy some by using dynamite and many more difficulties.
In this game, it is way more difficult to reach the door, because many new blocks are introduced in this game. For example the "timer-block" which will destroy itself after a certain amount of seconds due to inferiority complexes.
There is a total of 25 levels divided into 5 chapters. After each chapter, you will see a short cinematic of the plot. You will see a special "guest" in Dood's adventure!
Additionally, you can also play 10 of the original levels! The game features 5 cool innovative soundtracks in full-length, too!
