Billy The Zombie Killer: GONE ROGUE!
Game Soundtrack
BTZK: Gone rogue is a Rogue-Like Billy the zombie killer game! It's going to be VERY DIFFERENT from the original Billy the zombie killer but hopefully it'll be bigger and better! Kill zombies, Defeat bosses, Unlock new never-before seen abilities as well as going through the new Procedurally generating room system! #arcade #roguelike #shooter #zombies
DIFFERENCES
What makes this game so different to the original Billy The Zombie Killer?
Better Graphics
The Menus for Gone Rogue are way smoother than the originals, the game also runs on 60 fps whilst btzk ran on 30. Billy looks cleaner, and has way more emotions than ever before!
Upgrades
You can buy temporary and permanent upgrades on the main menu! Temporary upgrades only last for one round whilst the permanent ones last forever. There is also no shop in the game so abilities will spawn randomly around the map in chests
Better customization
Theres way more customization in gone rogue than in the original btzk! There are many different settings, ranging from Keybinds, Legacy-Shooting, Toggleable blood splatter, and more! There are also going to be WAYY more hats, and many hats not just being a different color to the original.
Different gameplay-kind
If you're more into rogue-like games and progress that can easily be lost if you die, then Gone Rogue is the one for you! In Gone Rogue you lose all temporary upgrades and abilties you gained during the run, making you have to do it all again, But in turn you get "Zoins" based off of how well you did in the run! There is also procedurally generating maps, and procedurally generating bloodsplatter for each room! This is a massive different to the original game where you just kill and try to not die and in turn you got points, but it could get boring pretty fast.
HOW DIFFERENT RANDOMMNESS WORKS IN THE GAME
CHESTS
It chooses when to spawn a chest room by first setting the chance to 1%, then each room you enter it tries to summon a chest room, if it fails it multiplies the chance by 2, and tries again next room you enter again, until it finally succeeds and summons a chest room, resetting it back to 1%
When choosing what chests to spawn, it picks a random number between 2-5 on how many chests to spawn, then when it picks what rarity it picks a random number between 1 to how many chest rooms you've gotten, so if its your first chest room, its guaranteed to land on 1, which if it does, it will summon a common chest. If it doesnt land on 1 it has a 66.6% chance of becoming an uncommon, 16.6% of becoming rare, 8.3% of becoming epic and so on.
What ability it gives you is completely evenly randomized, but each ability has its own rarity tier so you're guaranteed to not get certain abilities if you open certain chest rarities

You can unlock special hats if you land on "Legendary" whilst it spins and if you're in a certain month or on a certain date thats special.
ROOMS
Each room and each direction that lights up has a different set of rooms it could pick from, but most rooms have the same set of rooms for each direction to pick from, except for a certain few.
