Bubba Quest is a 2-dimensional side-scrolling platformer developed by Evan Rich. It is inspired by a character created by his younger brother called King Bubba. At some point the character starred in his own make believe game called Bubba Adventures. The developer decided to make it a platformer! There are no current game builds available, but I will be releasing a one-level demo ASAP.

STORY:
FOUR HUNDRED YEARS EARLIER:
The Bubbas were an ancient civilization in Bubbaland, a world long gone by now.
One day, Bubbaland started shaking, and shaking, and shaking, until it suddenly crashed down onto and into Earth. Along with the Bubbas, a different species of Bubbas lived in Bubbaland, called The Tickles. The Tickles were corrupted versions of Bubbas, with Tickle spirits living inside them, and the only way to get rid of them was to "snugg" them out. Snuggs (or Snuggles, Hugs, Bubs, Cuddles, etc.) were the Bubbas way of showing affection. The Bubbas loved everybody, even their fallen brethren. But the Tickles HATED the Bubs, to the point where they would attack the Bubba portion of Bubbaland daily, trying to turn their king in to a corrupted Tickle. But when Bubbaland fell into Earth, everything changed.
PRESENT DAY:
Today, you can find Bubbas all around. In the store, at the mall, in your house, eating marshmellows, roasting Skittles, and even baking granola bars. The Bubbas are a common part of society, and well-known at that. Humans decided to give the Bubbas a whole country to make their "Bubbadoob Kingdom". So the Bubbas spent hundreds of years building, and crafting, their Bubbadoob Kingdom. While they are dwarves, and only mature to about two years old, they are good people, even if they aren't people. But one day, while the Bubbas are making room for a statue of their great king, King Bubba, and their savior, Jesus Christ, the Tickles ATTACK! You must defend the kingdom as different Bubbas, including Bubba, King Bubba, and a secret unforeseen hero Bubba...
Fight the Tickles, the Evil Jackies, and more crazy fantasy creatures on your journey to figure out why they are attacking the Bubbas, what they want, and how to turn them all on your team!
