half a decade has past since Quote and Curly Brace vanquished Ballos and restored peace to the floating island.
You are one of the other robots that didn't die during Quote's quest and has a fresh reboot and finds themself in a sprawling cavern. later on you'll find out about the new threat that will wreak havoc on the floating island. You'll meet new characters and familiar faces who were present in the original Cave Story.
I will try to work on this project more often when I have the time.
A follow up post to the one I made before this one since gamejolt only let's me makes post that are a certain length.
Anyways I'm gonna be honest, I haven't been working on subsurface in the last few months because of me being lazy and lack of motivation.
It's been almost a year since I've posted on this site but that doesn't mean this project is dead. well, sorta. But I forget to announce that this project now has a proper name.
Cave Story Subsurface.
