CCARLOS (GTA style game)

We are planning to make our GTA style game. It will take place on my "fictional" country on the Europe. It also will take place in 2020s, on my fictional country where discontinuation of products is illegal, road streets and routes have tons of classic cars, most foreign companies can't exit this country and most sometimes them changed their name due to the law. A Release date of itself is unknown and/or not confirmed.
