Santa Clara é um buraco peculiar, tomado por chuva ácida, jovens procurando diversão questionável e tecnologia barata por todo lado. Agora, se essa tecnologia está em bom estado... aí já é outra história. Nas ruas da cidade, cada vez mais pessoas têm surgido com modificações clandestinas que estão travando seus corpos, fritando seus cérebros e até os "trazendo de volta" à vida.

Cybernetic implants are creeping into people's lives — and literally destroying them. And for some reason, a girl with a massive moth in her brain is involved in all this.
Santa Clara is a peculiar dump, overrun by acid rain, youth looking for questionable fun, and cheap tech everywhere. Now, whether that tech is actually in good shape... that's another story. On the city streets, more and more people have been showing up with back-alley modifications that are freezing their bodies, frying their brains, and even "bringing them back" to life.
