Expanding the sound driver index because why not

Used to be only 128 sounds now its 256 (the 16bit limit)

I added a hardware tester on it, so now the game can detect if its on real hardware or a clone/emulator

I should get around to completing the new title sprite animation ITS LITERALLY THE FIRST TIME CONIC WAS PROPERLY ANIMATED EVER
