It is the year 447.
For two years, a great war has ravaged the kingdoms of Vendrath and Cedric. Thousands have perished in the endless conflict, and countless knights have given their lives to protect not only their homeland, but the people they loved.
Among them stood Sir Draeven Vaelgrave, a renowned knight commander who led his men across blood-soaked battlefields in a war that seemed without end.
But during one brutal assault, amidst the cries of dying soldiers and burning villages, Draeven saw them — his wife and daughter.
Leaving behind his weapon, he rushed toward them through the chaos, desperate to save them. Before he could reach them, an enemy soldier drove a blade through his back.
Falling to the ground, powerless and bleeding, Draeven watched in horror as his family was slaughtered before his eyes.
With his final breath, he desired only one thing:
Vengeance.
Then, before death could claim him, a bell tolled.
And Draeven opened his eyes once more.
Now bound to a hollow suit of armor by a cursed power beyond comprehension, he wanders a ruined world as a tormented soul driven only by hatred and unanswered questions.
But something far worse has happened.
The dead no longer rest.
An army of Reanimated corpses roams the land — violent, relentless, and consumed by bloodlust. To uncover the truth behind his curse and the horrors spreading across the kingdoms, Draeven must carve his way through the undead and confront the darkness that brought him back.
