I think you should add a hunger bar so if you don't get your next kill in time you die, add a little challenge
There is not too much to this game, but I love the art work soooo much!! I have been thinking of doing the same kind of graphics for my own games, but wasn't sure how it would workout , I'm glad to see that someone has already done it and such a good job!
