You need to fix a lot of things. But it's a start. You should turn off the interpolation method. It's in global game settings and then in graphics.

Barracks to Build Units

War Factory to Build Tanks

Controls:

Right click to move units/attack

Left click to buy buildings/train units.

Z = Stop Units From Defending Self Within Move Range (circle shows defense distance)

W, A, S, D = Move Screen/Map

When Barracks or Factory is selected Right Click on map to move unit creation way-point.
