A basic RPG Maker MV Mercy system, tileset, and character sprites for creating Undertale and Deltarune fan-games along with plugins.
Persistent Switches across save files, Spareign foes, and a graphics arranged by me using Spriter Resource, you are free to use this engine for any fan game!
Credit to the original creators, the Undertale/Deltarune Team, and especially the plugin creators required.
