In the Dirty Thirties, a young fella named Remy Bianchi is a driving force in the detective squad at the 40th Precinct, but for years, he's been collecting info on the big cheese of organised crime, Mr Hackney Saur, and his moonshine empire.
However, due to the demands of the stern Cpt. Elkwood to not spend all his time on the Mr Saur case, he's got several other hardened criminals to contend with before he can find him and finally lock him away, with the help of his pal, Det. Scarlett Jones.
