Gen Ai, even as just placeholders, concepts, jokes, etc., is still really gross and not acceptable and you will not find anyone that'll join your team with such usage on display. This is where you do your part and learn to become an artist. For pixel art specifically, I'd recommend Saint11's animated tutorials.
