What do you think?

After playing the game and going through several challenges, I can confidently say that this game is just great! No, I'm serious, it's a really great game. Yes, there are some flaws and bugs in it that were mentioned in other comments (I just don't want to list them, for those who are interested, read other comments). I want to share my impressions about this game. I was waiting for him when Theo announced a video teaser where Glaceon slowly approached the camera. Speaking of characters, their design is simply gorgeous! It's much better than the previous ones, and it shows that Theo's talent is improving, and not only the characters but also the environments have taken on a better look, no longer feeling empty like in previous games.

I want to thank Theo for For doing everything, and I want to wish him the best of luck in making his Eeveetronics franchise a popular fan-made FNAF parody in the FNAF and Pokémon communities!

Theo, do you mind if I talk to you on Discord?

Alright, so I've completed everything in the game except for the maxmode (I have done some practice, but so far only reached 2 AM, I'll come back to it later).
So It's time to give a little review like the previous games.

...Yeah this game is straight up awesome.

First of all, It's visually great, the designs are phenomenal, they're cute, yet menacing, works wonders. The environment is simple enough, there isn't anything crazy about the establishment, but It doesn't feel empty so that's good...

Aaaaand yeah I'll just cut to the gameplay because that is obviously the focus here, and that's the most important part of most games Imo.

Litteraly the whole gameplay loop is fresh and unique, It doesn't feel like you've played something like this before and I love that. The mechanics are very well thought (especially the scan, such an amazing addition) and the comeback to the console from EN 3 is much welcomed. And once again, all the animatronics are greatly balanced from one another.

Now this one is going to be a huge bius from me, cause I'm such a sucker for hard fnaf challenges, but the difficulty of the game is so good and works super well for a UCN-like. Though, like I said, this is just coming from someone experienced...

However, I've seen a friend of mine who isn't nearly as good at fnaf games play. And watching him play did make me realize a significant issue... Sure, this is supposed to be a hard game... But even then, It's still really not casual player-friendly.
I'm gonna be real, the lower AI levels are way too aggressive for what they should. The starter challenge really does not feel like one. My friend had already completed the final night in EN 3 and didn't yet complete the first challenge of this game. I really think the lower AI's should be less aggressive, as It makes for a pretty harsh experience for less-skilled players.

I also want to quickly mention some of the animatronics's issues I had that I thought was pretty annoying and that I think should be modified to make the game more appreciatable (since the game didn't have any patch yet, I hope those requests can be considered) :

Sylveon's difficulty itself is pretty much nailed, I think It makes sense for her to be the one that needs the most attention, though, I think she needs a little too much. Imo, the timer for her to reactivate should be slightly longer, and to compensate for the nerf, she should probably have a lower movement timer.

Espeon's sound cue is way too easy to miss, not because It's too quiet, but because of how the animatronics stall themselves, you'll sometime deal with an animatronic that makes a loud sound cue when leaving, and completly miss Espeon's short sound cue. A good way to fix this Imo is making her sound cue play twice, maybe thrice.

And finally, I've found some bugs to report :

If you activate the note and the monitor at the same time, you won't be able to pull down the monitor and take down the note, which pretty much locks you up and forces you to loose.

If you use the flash and switch a cam at the same time, for some reason, the flash will activate, but will not be broken in the console.

This happened to me twice, but sometimes when you hold the heater button, It can just stop itself automaticly and won't let you hold the button for a few frames, and afterwards, when I had succesfully activated it, Guardeon would still enter and kill me nonetheless.

I hope this one is not intentionnal (because It wouldn't feel like a good decision) but you can "complete" the ultimate night by lowering the time of the night, you can just put 1 minute and complete it and you'll have 100%ed the game.

And Voilà, that's everything I have to say (at least for now). I hope y'all have a great day/night.

With just these images alone, I already can't wait for the game to release, It looks way too good.

Here's what I have to say. This game is really fun. At first it was very challenging (Yes even on Newbie. I'm still trying to get used to everything), but it's still fun to play

The new Eeveetronic designs are really cool aswell. I like how the jumpscares are slightly more improved than the ones from the Eeveelution Nights series (was not expecting Espeon to have a much different jumpscare than the others honestly)

The whole power outage idea is also really cool, makes me worry a bit about what to repair, and keep track of Sylveon. (Was not expecting how Sylveon's jumpscare would be different for this aswell)

Lorewise. The story is pretty interesting especially the bonus at the ending (I won't spoil that)

Also, two other things. I activated the debug menu, and then beat one of the challenges, when I went back to the menu, Sylveon was there, said some stuff, and then closed the game? Is that some sorta anti-cheat?

And. While the change to making it an html file (and web) is nice for many people (especially since it will load faster and take less space). I sometimes lose access to internet, and nothing would really work. Which is why I'd always play the .exe versions of the previous games. If it's not that much of a problem. Could you possibly make a .exe version of this?

(Sorry for the great wall of text. I just wanted say some stuff about this awesome game. Good luck with making the other ones!)

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE SAVE SYSTEM!

Once you downloaded the game, be sure to put the file somewhere you WON'T move and rename it.

Basically, when the save is created, it will be attached to the exact location and the name of the file, meaning that if you attempt to move it somewhere else, or if you rename it after that, the save won't be detected and will instead create a new one.

It won't erase the previous save data, but you'll most likely need to put the file back where you have opened it, or in the other case, revert the name if you changed it.

story.png

The World of Pokémon, a vast universe ruled by those creatures and inaccessible to humans. While some Mons become rescuers, and others explorers, some go by the job of builders. Recently, a place has been built to become a restaurant using very advanced technology. That comes with the idea of creating robots programmed to entertain kids and grown-ups alike, giving an unique aspect to the region. All that's left is to hire a night guard of course, a pretty simple job actually, right?
