Enter the Great Maelstrom

Many years ago, a monstrous being known as The Great Maelstrom wrought havoc on the world. No one rose to his threat, per se, rather, he just went mysteriously missing. Skip forward a couple decades, and we have Daltom Atticas, a young man who thinks he's found the location of the Maelstrom, and wants to vanquish him in the name of avenging his parents.
