Welcome to "Escapist !", a game created in 72h during the Ludum Dare #38 (theme : a small world)
As this game is "finished" I realy enjoyed working on it and I'm currently thinking about improving it in the future !
The aim of this game is to escape from an island that will soon be submerged by the water.
To do this, you need to create a ship : the Escapist.
Will your civilization espape from it's fateful destiny ?
To do this, you will need to gather resources and expand your buildings.
Installation
My game is based on the Slick2D Java library. If you have java installed, you can run it easily.
For Linux users, you may have to install the openjfx lib that is not available directly with open-jdk !
sudo apt-get install openjfx
To run the game on UNIX computers :
java -jar escapist.jar
Controls
Mouse + Clik / Arrows to select a zone
